The old woman's dream address'd to her countryfolks : and a word spoken in time how good is it? 1793 Feb. 6.

Manuscript text in the form of a letter, discussing the state of world affairs at the beginning of the French Revolutionary wars, and their effect on Great Britain. Entitled "The old woman's dream," the text is addressed to the whole of Britain and is headed as being written from "Albion Village." At the end of the central text are two pages of the poem "A loyal ballad for soldiers sailors &tc." by Hester Thrale.
